Fenyx refurbishment is organised into three service areas.
The refurbishment process is modular and based on the condition of your inventory, as determined during the digital inventory recording process.
Repair.
Repair restores all functionality and the original aesthetics — for example by removing scratches and repairing fabric and mesh covers.
Spare-part replacement.
Defective or worn components — such as castors or armrests on an office swivel chair — are replaced selectively. On request, manufacturer-original spare parts are used.
Deep cleaning.
Every product is cleaned hygienically to the highest standards, tailored to category and material. Preventive measures are also applied to reduce future wear.
