Refurbishment for corporate sites
An internationally active industrial group with sites in Germany and France modernised its office equipment as part of a group-wide sustainability strategy. Together with specialist partners, Fenyx coordinated the structured refurbishment of 1,000 office swivel chairs over a period of 14 months. At clearly defined intervals, batches of 100 chairs were delivered, technically inspected, cleaned and fitted with new components including seat cushions, gas springs and castors. Working in scheduled batches meant the modernisation could run continuously and without interrupting ongoing operations — sustainably, predictably and efficiently.

40 tonnes of CO₂ saved — through consistent reuse
Systematic refurbishment saved around 40,000 kg of CO₂ — equivalent to the annual energy consumption of roughly nine petrol-powered vehicles. The project shows how sustainable solutions can be delivered cost-effectively and at scale even in large, international structures.
Process stability through long-term planning
Delivery took place in tightly scheduled intervals over 14 months, with clearly defined time windows and standardised procedures. That allowed the chairs to be replaced seamlessly within the client’s operational processes — without disrupting the working day and at a consistently high standard of quality.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
