Circular furnishing for 120 workstations

This education provider is one of the largest in the German-speaking market. With a new head office in Gelsenkirchen, a modern campus was created in 2025 — a forward-looking place bringing administration, coordination and people development together under one roof. Fenyx supported the project from the first concept through to final delivery on site. Across four floors we created a working environment that combines commercial sense with environmental responsibility and design ambition. Our scope covered the full project: from consultancy and a curated product selection through to smooth delivery and professional assembly. At its heart was a forward-looking, resource-efficient furnishing concept: a deliberate combination of refurbished and new furniture created a minimalist, high-quality feel — and sent a clear signal for sustainability and a lived circular economy.

Compared with furnishing entirely with new furniture, the chosen solution was around 45% more cost-efficient. At the same time there was no compromise on functionality, ergonomics or design — and the result exceeded the client’s expectations.

Clear planning, close coordination and well-rehearsed processes allowed the furnishing to be completed in the shortest possible time. Within a few days the new campus was fully equipped and ready to use — a strong endorsement of efficient project management.
