Site consolidation with an Fenyx Shop
Continentale Krankenversicherung is one of Germany’s major insurance groups, with offices in numerous regions. As part of a company-wide restructuring, five sites were closed and consolidated. For our client we delivered the complete clearance and sustainable recovery of the entire office inventory. The focus was a Fenyx Shop: through a digital reservation system, staff could select pieces in advance — fairly distributed and clearly organised. The concept was complemented by targeted sales to dealers and donations. Our scope covered digital inventory capture, sorting, running the Fenyx Shop, invoicing, logistics and professional strip-out — all within a very tight window.

1,131 items passed on internally — structured and respectful
A particular focus was a structured Fenyx Shop. Through a purpose-built reservation system, every employee was able to buy at least one piece of furniture — from ergonomic chairs to sideboards and lighting. The clearly defined process ensured transparency, fairness and a high level of satisfaction.
80% put to further use — with targeted second lives
Alongside the Fenyx Shop, the remaining inventory was passed on through dealers and donations. In total, more than 80% of the furniture was kept in circulation — a genuine contribution to conserving resources in practice.
A complex project — delivered in the shortest of timeframes
Despite the challenge of consolidating five sites, the project was delivered within a few days. The combination of digital pre-planning, efficient logistics and clear processes made for smooth execution — with minimal coordination effort for our client.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
