Fenyx Shop during site consolidation
KPMG is one of the world’s leading audit and advisory firms. Consolidating several Berlin sites released a substantial stock of furniture for onward use. Fenyx deliberately organised the Fenyx Shop away from the office floors so as not to disrupt internal operations. The whole process ran through an externally rented warehouse with a digital reservation system. Employees could select available items online and collect them at an agreed time. Our scope covered structured project planning, invoicing, warehouse logistics and operational support on site — with 100% onward use.

207 items to employees — via an external collection warehouse
Running the Fenyx Shop off site enabled an orderly, disruption-free handover. Reserved pieces could be collected flexibly and efficiently from a separate warehouse — without affecting ongoing operations.
100% put to further use — entirely kept in circulation
The entire inventory was successfully placed — through the Fenyx Shop or targeted transfer to partners. Not a single piece of furniture had to be disposed of. A clear result in the spirit of the circular economy and resource conservation.
Smooth delivery — minimal internal coordination effort
Organising the sale externally reduced internal coordination to a minimum. Clear processes, transparent communication and well-rehearsed logistics meant the project ran efficiently and on schedule.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
