All displayed products is used furniture from the Düsseldorf office of the company Unibail-Radamco-Westfield and is sold to their employees in Germany. 

The proceeds of the sale - minus the costs incurred - are donated to the charitable projects of Unibail-Radamco-Westfield Deutschland GmbH.

Transport:

When "Delivery in NRW" is selected, the 80€ are not automatically added to your Order Total. We will send you an e-mail with a separate payment link. You can then also change and confirm the delivery address.

Self pickup:
Pickup is possible from Wednesday (03/29/2023) to Friday (03/31/2023) at the Düsseldorf office. For the details of the pickup, FENYX UG will contact you after receiving your order.

Important notes:

> All purchases can be cancelled by URW or the employees respectively up to and including the 29th of March, 2023. A link will be added in the confirmation email for cancellation on the part of the employees.

> If a piece of furniture was not picked up at the agreed time or could not be delivered, the sale will be cancelled. The respective employee  will then receive a full refund of the purchase amount, minus a handling fee of 10€, within 5 working days. 

> After placing the order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email. This falsely identifies FENYX UG as the seller. Please ignore this email, you will receive the correct receipt via email within a few hours after your order.
